You have decided to host an Intimate Expressions  Online Romance Party and want to know how they work. Below are answers to your most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) regarding our "Online Party" procedures. 

  • What is the difference between an online romance party and a romance party I host in my home?

    Technically, there is no difference. For an online romance party, you send your guests to our website to purchase products.

     

    As a hostess you are entitled to 15% of your romance party retail sales in FREE PRODUCT. You may also choose to turn your online romance party into a "Fast Start" party and become a representative for Intimate Expressions.

  • How do I schedule an online romance party?

    You schedule an online romance party the same as an in-home romance party. You can contact one of our Independent Romance Advisors, or if you do not know one you can contact Customer Service at custservice@intimate-expressions.com and we will take care of it for you.

  • How long does an online romance party last?

    Online romance parties are kept open for a maximum of 14 days. This is also the same amount of time that we allow our in home romance parties to remain open.

  • Why does a party only stay open for 14 days?

    Orders have been taken for products from your guests and most guests like to see their products within a reasonable amount of time after they order.

     

    Since orders are not processed until the completion of the party, parties that are left open to long result in order cancellations and credit card processing issues.

  • How do  I know when my guests place an online order?

    When you request an Online Party, you are given a special coupon code that your guests will enter during checkout that will identify them as your party guests.

     

    Each time an order is placed using your coupon code, you will be sent an e-mail from Customer Service telling you the guest name, their order amount and your party totals to date.

  • What if a guest does not prefer to purchase online?

    Purchases made offline must be entered on the website by the hostess utilizing the coupon code. This happens frequently when your guest decides to pay you in cash. As the hostess, you would enter your guests order and pay for it with your credit card.

  • I am doing an online romance party for the hostess credits. What happens when my online party is complete?

    At the conclusion of your online romance party we will total up your party sales and process and ship your party orders to you.

     

    If your online party generated $150 or more in retail sales, we will send you a GIFT CERTIFICATE for your free product amount. You then redeem this certificate on our website for your free gifts!

  • I am doing an online romance party to become an Independent Romance Advisor. What happens when my online party is complete?

    At the conclusion of your online romance party we will total up your party sales and process all of the orders.

     

    If your online party generated $300 or more in retail sales, you qualify for a demonstration kit equal to the retail sales of your online party.

     

    Before we ship your demonstration kit, we must receive your completed New IRA Application along with your $25 application fee.

  • How do you ship my party orders?

    All online party orders must be shipped directly to the hostess for distribution to her guests.

     

    The coupon code we provide discounts the shipping and handling from $7.95 to $4.95 per order. 

     

    All orders are shipped discreetly via UPS Ground. Tracking numbers will be provided to you by e-mail of of your shipment.
